  • Oversees the operations and maintenance of community infrastructure and related services
Performs a variety of tasks and maintenance operations including:
  • Road maintenance
  • Landscaping and community beautification
  • Street lighting
  • Maintenance of equipment and operation of the water treatment and sewage treatment plants
  • Repairs and upkeep of community buildings and residential homes
  • Snow removal
  • Upkeep of public spaces and grounds
  • Garbage collection and maintenance of landfill site
Capital Planning

Provides assistance in project management services and community development and planning
