- Responsible for planning, developing and implementing all social, recreational and special events for members of the community
- Provides various activities such as arts and crafts, baking nights, movie nights and outdoor sports events
- Organizes and supervises various outdoor activities for youth during summer months such as baseball, football and soccer
- Coordinates a hockey program during the winter months at the Joseph Jacob Nate Memorial Arena; has an 8-team hockey league
- Offers boys and men's hockey tournaments and men's/women's broomball tournaments
- Coordinates summertime concerts at the natural ice arena
