Accepts the following passport applications:- Adult simplified renewal
- General adult passport
- Child's passport ONLY when there is participation of both parents
- Comments
- Final decisions on passport entitlement are always made by Passport Canada
- Eligibility
- Must have Canadian citizenship
- Application Process
- Only use passport forms available online - always download a new form from Canada.ca each time you submit an application (application may be rejected if latest official form is not used)
Any requests other than standard adult, child and renewal applications cannot be submitted at a Receiving Agent, and MUST be submitted at a dedicated Passport Office, including:- Urgent or express applications
- A child's application if only one parent is participating
- Applications from Canadians living outside Canada and the United States
- Applications asking for a name on the passport that isn't the name shown on the
- proof of Canadian citizenship
- supporting identification (for adult applications)
