- Description
- A Regional Community-Based Multi-disciplinary Treatment Team. Provides treatment, support, and consultation for children ages birth to 18 with complex needs such as: complex co-morbid mental health issues, dual diagnoses, autism and or complex developmental concerns. Services are offered throughout the Niagara Region in family homes, schools and communities. It should be noted that MITT receives all referrals from a referring agency such as: Community Living Family support workers or other case managers. All referrals are completed at central point of access for Niagara which is Contact Niagara.
