Anger Management Classes


Description
Offers participants education in strategies to cope with various anger situations and to identify and express their individual anger styles in an appropriate manner. This is an eight session program. Sessions covered include:
  • Understanding anger
  • How anger works
  • It's not all bad
  • Rethink skills
  • How to communicate
  • Causes of conflicts
  • How to fight fair
  • Non-faith based program
***** This is a classroom type setting. Open discussions and opportunities for questions are always welcome during class. Upon request, each applicant may make an appointment to speak with facilitator for further assistance.

Ages 18 years and up
