- Newcomer Information Centre -- Multilingual staff provide up-to-date information and refer clients to various programs throughout the Niagara Region. Immigrants will receive an orientation to available services and workshops on topics related to their settlement needs.

Coordinated Language Assessment and Referral Centre -- Eligibility screening, language skills assessment and referral to government-funded English language programs including Language Instruction for Newcomers to Canada (LINC), LINC Home Study, English as a Second Language (ESL) programs, Enhanced Language Training (ELT), Occupation-Specific Language Training (OSLT), and Specialized Language Training (SLT)
Settlement Workers In Schools -- A link between newcomer families, schools and the community, explain essential school information to newcomers and refer them to appropriate school staff, facilitate the settlement of newcomers and inform them about services and programs. Services offered are primarily information and referral. Contact Rohaina Saqib at 905-684-3500 ext 437 or [email protected]. Program can also be accessed by requesting SWIS support from the principal of the school the student is attending. - Eligibility
- Coordinated Language Assessment and Referral Centre -- Adults 18 years or older are eligible if they meet one of these criteria: Canadian citizens born outside of Canada; permanent resident; Convention refugees, protected persons or refugee claimants; workers admitted under the Live-In Caregiver program; applicants under other programs holding the initial letter of approval from Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada
