Description
The Child and Adolescent Clinic is an out-patient mental health consultation and stabilization service for children and teens. Services are provided by an interdisciplinary team of highly trained and specialized clinicians. Services are provided for those who are experiencing severe and acute emotional difficulties and are offered to residents of the Niagara region. Consultation with a child psychiatrist is also available.
Eligibility
Children and adolescents from age 10 to their 18th birthday who are experiencing severe emotional difficulties, such as depression, anxiety, suicidal ideation and self-harming behaviours
