Community-based support and rehabilitation services to adults living with the effects of an acquired brain injury * family and support persons are encouraged to participate

Programs include:
  • Community Outreach Support Services
  • Residential Services (24-hour support)
  • Supportive Housing Services (on-site staff support)
  • Vocational Services (pre-employment, return-to-work, and job coaching)
  • Psychological Services
  • Social Work
  • Therapeutic Recreational Services
  • Educational opportunities for individuals and families
