- Description
- Hip and knee assessments take place at locations in Hamilton, Brantford, Burlington, and Niagara. Assessments booked at location closest to patients home, or patient can choose the first available assessment at any of the locations.
Patients will be seen by an Advanced Practice Provider who will:- Review medical history
- Ask questions about patients health
- Ask patient to complete some tests to see how well they can move their hip or knee and see what causes pain
- Review diagnostic results (i.e. X-Rays, MRI findings) as it pertains to joint(s) being assessed
- Discuss treatment options
- Develop a treatment plan that is specific to the patient
