- Description
- Offers a variety of social, wellness and outreach services to older adults 60+ who reside in Ontario and have a valid Health Card. Programs are intended to help older adults remain safe and independent at home for as long as possible. The following non-medical programs are offered to support seniors and their families and caregivers. Programs include group sessions, in-home services and online programming.
