- Eligibility
- Children and Youth Dental:
- residents of York Region 0-17 years old and meeting financial and clinical eligibility criteria
- residents of Ontario ages 65 or older
- net annual income of $22,200 for an individual senior
- combined net annual income of $37,100 or less for a couple
- no other form of dental benefits, including private insurance or dental coverage under another government program such as Ontario Works, Ontario Disability Support Program or Non-Insured Health Benefits
