Chartwell Pinewood Retirement Residence - Level 1 & 2 Seniors Exercise Program
Level 1: Appropriate for those who experience fear of falling and have difficulty with balance; getting out of a chair; and walking.
Level 2: Appropriate for those concerned with their balance but who can do all of the following: climb 10 stairs; stand for 10-15 minutes; walk one block without losing breath or sitting down. - Eligibility
