- wide variety of loaner aids
- displays and sells a full range of assistive devices such as TTYs, alerting/signaling devices, FM systems, and amplifiers
- consultation about technical devices available to individuals and organizations wanting to become more accessible to the public
- counsellors are fluent in sign language and understand the special needs and concerns of clients
- personal and family counselling
- workshops
- life skills training
- assistance with social services so clients can maximize independence within the community
- provides communication and hearing care support to enable seniors with an acquired hearing loss to carry out daily activities independently and with reduced communication difficulties
- home visits
- hard of hearing seniors 55 years and older get help from counsellors in communicating with family and friends
- ensures a client's safety at home by promoting independence
- helps clients stay involved in their favorite activities

- accessible counselling and case management services to increase client potential in managing challenging situations more effectively
