Residency Requirements: North to Orono and Kendal, south to Lake Ontario, east to Clarington/Hope Line, west to Lambs Rd in Bowmanville - Application Process
- Users must complete an application; application must be renewed annually and identification with proof of address for each member of the family must be shown on an annual basis
