Permanent housing in medium support residential program, supports individualized goals and promotes wellness- capacity 10 (5 men, 5 women)
- staffed daily weekdays and weekends (varies), on-call service overnight
- cooperative environment, residents take part in management of home
Permanent high support housing for women, including assistance with medication and health care professional appointments, laundry, and recreation program (art, writing group, music)- staffed 24 hours
- supportive rooming house model
In partnership with Fred Victor, and University Health Network, Toronto Western Hospital (see separate listings) - Eligibility
- Hillholm House: women and men 16-65 years with severe and persistent mental health challenges and with no history of criminal behaviour; must be willing to live in a cooperative setting and be ready to begin rehabilitation/recovery process
Beverley House: women 16-65 years who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, with severe and persistent mental health problems
