- Eligibility
- Individuals 16 years and older with mental health challenges that are seriously impacting their lives Supportive Housing applicants must qualify for a housing subsidy under the criteria set by the Ministry of Health, and are willing to accept some level of support from the housing provider Residency Requirements: Must be living/staying or planning to live/stay in Toronto
