Culturally competent intensive treatment for adults with serious mental illness to support recovery and the ability to live in the community; focused on the Asian and Southeast Asian populations
- counselling; case management
- support with medication management; assistance with activities of daily living
- individual advocacy; assistance in accessing community services and resources
- support and educational groups for clients and their care partners
- services can be provided in office, community settings and in client homes

- Persons with severe and persistent mental health illness; focus on Asian and Southeast Asian Communities
