Mental health and substance use services

Toronto Community Addiction Team -- Intensive case management

  • peer training and development
  • skill building and training, strengthening of support networks, and improved navigation of services

Trustee program

  • money management assistance
  • harm reduction
  • follow-up support services for participants referred through the Streets to Homes program

L L Odette Place

  • supportive housing for chronically homeless men
  • application through CASH

Employment program

  • support, employment readiness and job matching services
  • employment, volunteering and educational opportunities

Group programs

  • Acudetox, social action, mindfulness meditation and wellness group
  • Sunday afternoon movie
  • peer supports
  • social, recreational and volunteering opportunities
Eligibility
No restrictions
Corner Drop-In - serves individuals who are homeless or marginally-housed or has mental health or substance use issue concerns, who have low incomes and/or who are socially isolated
