Compass - Assertive Community Treatment Team (ACTT) - rehabilitation, treatment and support to clients with severe and persistent mental illness
Family Support Program - 10 week psychoeducational group for families of individuals with a major mental health illness
Reach Services - short-term, goal-focused case management for individuals with mental health challenges that seriously impact their lives- Eligibility
- Adults 16 years and older with serious mental illness, family or caregivers of those with mental illness
