Eligibility
Street involved and homeless youth only, 16-24 years, and their children and infants; youth 25-29 can be enrolled in services internally from Yonge Street Mission or by a social worker
Application Process
Call or drop in for youth 16-24 years; youth 24-29 years must be referred internally from Yonge Street Mission or be referred by a social worker
Documents Required
No Ontario Health Card required, but bring health card or other photo identification if possible
