Transitional housing
- transitional housing and permanent housing (26 units) - minimum 3 year program
- life stabilization and goal setting support; housing capacity building and system navigation; internal and external referrals
- Eligibility
- Individuals 16 years and older, who are homeless or inadequately housed and are able to live independently with support from housing workers
Must be a Yonge Street Mission program participant, and be working with a Case Manager, in order to apply; can be a participant in the Youth/Evergreen Program, or a member of the Adult Program, Bridges/Cornerstone, or part of the Family Services Program - Application Process
