- Eligibility
- Women (both cis and trans) 55 years and older and are vulnerable due to complex physical, mental health, developmental and/or substance-use related issues
Interested in moving to permanent housing within 12 months, experiencing homelessness and staying at an emergency shelter
Completed Mary Sheffield House Assessment Eligibility Form
has income (OW/ODSP/CPP/Employment)
Able to pay the program occupancy fee - Application Process
- Mary Sheffield House Assessment Eligibility Form must be completed by a shelter/referral worker; call to receive the empty form; referral worker will receive a response after the intake worker reviews the completed application
Applicants are welcome to intake with their pet, the pet must be present during the intake - Documents Required
