Fair Pass Transit Discount Program

  • assists low-income Toronto residents with transit fares
  • valid for 12 months from date of issue
  • non-transferable
  • 36% discount programmed onto PRESTO card or 21% discount programmed onto TTC monthly pass
  • applies to adult fares on single rides or adult monthly passes

Eligibility
No restriction Fair Pass Transit Discount Program:
  • ages 20-64
  • income of less than 75% of the Low-Income Tax Measure threshold
  • have a presto card number
  • Residency requirement: City of Toronto
