LEAP Program - pain self management education program; available only with internal referral from Toronto Rehab's Brain and Spinal Cord programs
Eligibility: Adults with a spinal cord injury or illness, neurological disorder or peripheral nerve disorder
Application Process: Physician referral required
Documents Required: Bring Ontario health card or other health insurance coverage information
