- Outpatient exercise and education programs for those who have suffered stroke, cardio-vascular disease or health issues that put them at high risk for heart disease such as diabetes or high blood pressure
- integrated approach including physical assessment, exercise training, patient education and risk factor interventions
- HEALTh Program for women being treated for or recovering from breast cancer including exercise, education and peer support
- Diabetes, Exercise & Healthy Lifestyle Program
- aftercare such as Heart Health for Life

- Persons with a history of heart disease or stroke and those who are at high risk for heart disease, including those with diabetes
