- Provides Youth Justice services to youth aged 12-17 at the time of their offence. Youth must be charged with or convicted of criminal or provincial offences. The government is committed to a youth justice system that builds safer communities by holding youth accountable for their actions and helps young people in conflict with the law get their lives back on track to become contributing members of society.
