Personal Support Workers (PSWs) assist with daily activities and life skills development to promote independence, and support chronic care and palliative needs
clients and former clients are members of the General Members Association (GMA)
provides a forum for safe community building and interaction
social and recreational events
- operates inside two semi-detached homes, with 3 floors located in downtown Toronto; one home is wheelchair accessible with a chair lift inside the home and a ramp outside the home
- Eligibility
- Individuals 16 years and older living with mental health and/or addition challenges, have been homeless, and/or are HIV+ and/or transgender
