Community-based mental health service that offers group support to adults aged 16 years and older with emotional and/or mental health concerns

Programs focused on education, community connection and coping strategies to assist with management of mental health symptoms and overall wellbeing

Services offered in-person, online via computer/tablet/smartphone and via telephone
