- smoking cessation and respiratory health program

- Telemedicine assists clients in connecting with their care providers through video technology
Case Management Services
- for individuals with serious mental illness who require support to live and work in the community
- develops independence through goal-oriented supports, advocacy, and system navigation
Community Homes for Opportunity (CHO)
- recovery-oriented person-centered supportive housing program for people with serious mental illness who require 24 hours supportive care
Assertive Community Treatment Team (ACTT)
- mobile, multidisciplinary, team-based intensive services
- after hours on-call phone support
- comprehensive services include treatment, rehabilitation, support and crisis activities
Community Treatment Order Service (CTO)
- intensive case management support to individuals with treatment orders
- access to nurse case managers
- partnership service with Lakeridge Health Network, Ontario Shores Centre for Mental Health Sciences
