- investigates complaints related to stores selling tobacco and vapes to minors
- investigates smoking and vaping complaints in all enclosed workplaces and public places
- discloses retailer/owner convictions related to tobacco sales offences and vapour product sales offences and Durham Region Smoke and Vape By-Law on Durham.ca website
