Time-limited outpatient psychoeducation, treatment and psychotherapy
Variety of treatment options, including:- structured psychoeducation groups
- group therapy that draws on concepts from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other skills-based approaches
- also offers group programs focused more on process and topics generated by the group
- Eligibility
- Adults 18 years and older whose primary diagnosis is a mood or anxiety disorder
