- property management functions for the Durham Regional Local Housing Corporation provided by the Housing Services Division, Region of Durham
- administers annual subsidies to social housing providers in Durham Region
- oversees the development of new affordable housing initiatives

- All members of the household must have legal status in Canada, have applied for legal status in Canada, or are refugee claimants
