Eligibility
Adults 18 years or older
  • Canadian citizens born outside of Canada and permanent residents
  • convention refugees, protected persons or refugee claimants
  • workers admitted under the Live-In Caregiver, Home Childcare Provider and Home Support Worker program
  • CUAET work permit holders
  • provincial nominees
  • applicants under other programs holding the initial letter of approval from Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada
