Services and supports for seniors to stay in their homes longer, and to alleviate pressures on hospitals and long term care; also provides respite care and support to caregivers

Adult Day Program

• for seniors with high care needs, those who exhibit challenging behaviors, also specialized care for clients with dementia related illnesses
• stimulating physical, mental, social and recreational activities in a group setting, combined with one-on-one sessions
• nutritious, vegetarian meals offered daily; special dietary needs can be accommodated
• foot care (fee)

Respite Services ​- respite care provided to older adults for caregiver relief

Senior Wellness Program - structured program for healthy seniors involving physical and mental activities, educational presentations

Friendly Visiting/Telephone Reassurance Program

• for socially isolated and cognitively impaired seniors in their home, hospital, or in a long-term care setting
• volunteers engage clients in meaningful activities, respite and support to caregivers
• security reassurance checks by telephone

Caregiver Support Group - caregiver and volunteer monthly group sessions for education and support

Assisted Bathing Program

• for adult day program participants or at-risk people who are not registered with the agency
• personal support workers help clients shower (fee)
