- Mental Health Therapists and Psychiatrists work together to help individuals and couples deal with issues such as depression, anxiety, stress, grief and loss and relationship issues.
- A range of services is available to enrolled patients of Barrie and Community Family Health Team Physicians including short term counselling, psycho educational groups, psychiatric consultation, and linkages to community resources.
- Eligibility
- Individuals 18 years and older with a mental health concern who are registered patients of Barrie and Community Family Health Team Doctors/Nurse Practitioners
- Application Process
- Referral from a Family Health Team Physician or Nurse Practitioner is required
- initial consultation appointment will assess service needs
