- Provides supports and programs to individuals and families who are affected by violence. Works in partnership with numerous agencies and groups to build a stronger community.
The Transitional Support and Support Within Housing programs offer legal and housing support to women and their children who have experienced any form of woman abuse. Includes assistance to:- assistance to find housing or maintain current housing
- develop individual safety plans and transitional plans
- identify long- and short-term goals
- connect with other services in the community, including legal, counselling, parenting, education, job training, income assistance, health and wellness or immigration services
