Activities include:- Exercise and wellness programs
- Gardening, reading, woodworking, cooking and baking
- Crafts, board games, cards and music
- Reading and discussion groups
- Spiritual care
- Outings in a wheelchair-accessible bus
- Special events such as birthday celebrations and picnics
- Cultural events
- Eligibility
- Seniors or adults with disabilities Ages: 18 years and up
- Application Process
- Initial assessment done in client's home, call to arrange. Referral is through the Central West LHIN
