Children's Foundation of Guelph and Wellington

Keep Kids Fed Program

Description

On school days, Keep Kids Fed At School (formerly Food & Friends) provides breakfast, snack, and lunch programs for local students in Dufferin, Wellington County, and Guelph. Through socially inclusive student nutrition programs, nutritious food is provided to help improve their physical and mental well-being.

To bridge the school weekend gap, Keep Kids Fed At Home (formerly Food4Kids Guelph) provides take-home food packages to severely food insecure children in Guelph. During school holidays, the program provides these children/families with grocery gift cards to help them buy food.
