Free to Grow Program
- Description
The Free to Grow Program nurtures the physical, social, emotional, and mental well-being of children and youth by funding recreational and life-skill programming, so all children and youth have access to the same opportunities. The Free to Grow program encourages a healthy lifestyle and provides a safe space for skill and social development, friendships, and community engagement.
Recreation and life skill-based programs include sports, arts, camps, driver's education training, leadership development, and more!
Mental health counselling is also available for children and youth referred from partnering mental health agencies.

- Eligibility
- Families with incomes below the low-income cut-off (Stats Canada LICO) are eligible for funding. LICO is based on a sliding scale dependent on the size of the family. Proof of income and family size is required. Ages: Children and youth 0-18 years. Location: Living in Guelph or Wellington County, Ontario.
