Children's Foundation of Guelph and Wellington

Free to Grow Program

Description

The Free to Grow Program nurtures the physical, social, emotional, and mental well-being of children and youth by funding recreational and life-skill programming, so all children and youth have access to the same opportunities. The Free to Grow program encourages a healthy lifestyle and provides a safe space for skill and social development, friendships, and community engagement.

Recreation and life skill-based programs include sports, arts, camps, driver's education training, leadership development, and more!

Mental health counselling is also available for children and youth referred from partnering mental health agencies.
