- In-home parenting support program. A public health nurse and family visitor make in-home visits to ascertain and work on important family issues that include

• Connecting with community resources - Eligibility
- Individuals who are pregnant, partners/co-parents, and parents with children younger than 6 years (who are not in school)
- Application Process
- Call the Client and Community Support Call Centre to speak with a Public Health Nurse for program details, no referral required
