Eligibility
Individuals 16 years and older, who are homeless, under housed or street involved
Residency Requirements: Greater Toronto Area
Application Process
Referral from Central Intake required; Call Central Intake at 416-338-4766 or 1-877-338-3398, or call 311 to be transferred to Central Intake * referrals also available at Streets to Homes Assessment and Referral Centre, 129 Peter St (see separate entry)
