- Description
An annual award that recognizes outstanding women who have made a commitment and a significant difference in their community by showing vision, creativity, and initiative. Nominations are open between November and January.
- Eligibility
- Nominees must meet the selection criteria and make their contribution in the City of Hamilton or the Halton Region. Members of the current YWCA Hamilton Board, employees of YWCA Hamilton, and current members of the event committee are not eligible to nominate or be nominated. Previous award winners are not eligible. Posthumous applications cannot be accepted.
