Developmental Services Passport Program
- Description
- Passport funding program assists individuals with a developmental disability in community participation, and offers respite opportunities for family caregivers, by providing funding for:
- community classes or recreational programs
- developing work, volunteer, and daily life skills
- hiring support worker
- life plans creation (person directed planning) to reach goals
- temporary respite for caregivers
Passport administered by local agencies that approve referrals, provide passport information, review invoices, follow up and discuss budgets with clients, explain how funding is used, and help with any issues clients may have with using their funds; visit website to find local Passport agencies - Eligibility
