- Adults 18 years or older who meet one of the following criteria: Permanent Resident of Canada Convention Refugee and Person in Need of Protection Individual whose Permanent Resident application has been approved in principle Foreign domestic worker admitted under the Live-In Caregiver program Naturalized Canadian Citizen Refugee Claimant
