10 suites of enhanced supportive living arrangements for individuals with dual diagnosis, including schizophrenia, schizoaffective and bipolar disorders, and/or intellectual disability/autism.
This program offers:
- structured programming, therapeutic recreation, and community integration and transition
- individualized care plans to help restore, maintain, and improve quality of life
This program addresses gaps in community services to reduce Alternative Level of Care (ALC) rates in hospitals.
