- referral from Youth Justice Services for youth in City of Toronto, York-Simcoe area, Halton Region, Peel Region
Transitional Support Services
Day program for adults with developmental disabilities includes life skills and self care, household management, budgeting skills- residential program (capacity 5)
- supported living, 24 hour staff support
- maximum stay up to 2 years
