- Description
- Provides accessible, effective psychological assessment and evidence-based psychotherapy services for individuals of all ages in the Region of Waterloo.
- Services are provided by clinical psychology doctoral students under the close supervision of registered clinical psychologists.
- To determine best practices for the presenting problems, intervention services begin with assessment and then may include individual therapy (including but not limited to cognitive behavior therapy), group therapy, and/or parenting and family therapy.
- The CMHRT also provides a limited number of psychoeducational and psychodiagnostic assessments for children, youth and adults annually.
