Private, self-contained units including junior, one, two and three bedroom unfurnished apartments

Supportive housing, capacity 85
On-site individual support including

  • connection to mental health
  • substance use and health services

Winona's Place, Apartments for Aboriginal Women and Gender Diverse People, capacity 50

  • including 10 units for women-led families fleeing violence
  • in partnership with Wigwamen, see separate listing
Eligibility
Women and Gender Diverse People, 16 years and older
Affordable housing: single women and gender diverse people with modest income, and their dependents
Supportive housing: women and gender diverse people living with mental health challenges and/or substance use, and their dependents
Winona Place: Indigenous women and gender diverse people, and their dependents

Supportive housing: apply through Access Point, call 1-888-640-1934 or visit www.theaccesspoint.ca to complete application
