Skill-building program managed by the Canadian Mental Health Association designed to help adults and youth experiencing low mood, depression, anxiety, stress, or worry. This program is delivered online or over the phone with a coach. Clients can learn practical tips on managing mood, sleeping better, building confidence, increasing activity, problem solving, and healthy living.
- Eligibility
- Any youth (15-17 years) or adults dealing with low mood, depression, anxiety, stress, or worry.
- Application Process
- For youth 15-17 years old, call 1-866-345-0224 or fill out the contact form online. For adults 18+, submit a referral to the Ontario Structured Psychotherapy West Region via ospwest.ca, by calling 1-833-944-9966, or by email at [email protected].
