- Description
Provides free and voluntary support for families prenatally up to a child's transition to school. The program includes screening, assessment and home visiting to support healthy early child development, parent-child attachment and positive parenting. Families of newborns are screened at bedside in the hospital or through a phone call to determine supports and referrals needed.
